How we handle your data
What we access, what we do with it, and who receives it. If you need any additional clarity or this doesn't fit your situation, email us before you share anything.
Access
What we access
- Only the sources you explicitly approve.
- You can exclude any system, folder, or type of record.
- Access is read-only. We can't change, send, or delete anything, and access ends when the project does.
Processing
How it's processed
- Anonymized and de-identified before any AI lab sees it. Your data is only used for research and training purposes, and only on your terms.
- Names, contact details, account numbers, and other personal or customer identifiers are removed before data leaves processing.
- No de-identification method is perfect. If a source holds information that can't be shared in any form, leave it out.
Storage
Storage and retention
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Your original export is deleted once processing is complete.
- How long processed data is kept is set in your agreement.
Sharing
Who receives it
- Processed data is licensed to AI labs and research teams for training and evaluating models.
- It is never published, never made public, and never licensed for use outside of training and evaluating AI models.

The agreement
- Before we access anything, you sign a written agreement covering scope, permitted use, retention, and payment.

- You need the rights to share the data you list.
- Check your customer and vendor contracts for terms that limit how their data can be used.
